While your package will include the quantity, color palette, and overall style described, the exact pumpkin varieties, shapes, sizes, and arrangement will naturally vary. No two displays are exactly alike, as each one is thoughtfully designed to complement your home specifically.

Yes! When adding a pumpkin package to your cart, you'll select your preferred delivery week. Once we've finalized our installation routes, we'll send you a confirmation with your scheduled installation date, along with any final details you may need before we arrive.

No! As long as we have clear access to your front entrance and any necessary instructions ahead of time, you don't need to be home for your installation. Our team will take care of every detail, so you can
either come home to a beautifully styled surprise or, if you prefer, we'll send you a photo of your completed display once the installation is finished.

To help ensure a smooth installation, please make sure your front entry is accessible. If your property has a gate, locked entry, or security system, please let us know in advance so we can arrange access. You can reply directly to the confirmation email or notification we send with your exact delivery date. If you have pets or young children, we kindly ask that they remain indoors during the installation so our team can work safely, efficiently, and with minimal distractions.

Most installations take between 20 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the size of your package and any add-ons you've selected. Our team works efficiently to transform your entryway with minimal disruption. If your
installation takes a little longer, it's because we're taking the extra time to thoughtfully style every detail and ensure your display looks its absolute best.

All of our décor is outdoor-friendly, so light rain won’t affect your display. In the event of severe weather (such as heavy storms, flooding, or high winds), we may reach out to reschedule to ensure your display looks its best and lasts the season.

With proper care, most displays remain beautiful throughout the fall season. Because pumpkins are a natural product, their lifespan can vary depending on weather conditions, sun exposure, temperature, and wildlife. When we pick up pumpkins for removal at the end of the season, at 9 out of 10 homes most of the pumpkins are fully intact.

Our displays are designed to be low maintenance. A quick sweep of leaves or debris around your entryway will help keep everything looking fresh throughout the season. If your display includes mums, water them at the base of the plant as needed to help maintain their appearance. If a pumpkin naturally begins to soften or deteriorate later in the season, we recommend removing it as soon as possible to help prevent it from affecting the surrounding pumpkins.

Yes! We offer optional end-of-season removal for an additional fee, with pricing based on package size. Our team will collect the pumpkins, straw bales, and any other décor we provided, so you don't have to worry about cleanup.

Removal can be selected when adding the pumpkin package of choice to your cart. If you don't select removal at that time, and later decide you'd like to include it, please reach out to us before the end of the season and we'll be happy to get you scheduled.

Whenever possible, we donate the pumpkins and straw bales to local farms for animal feed, bedding, compost, and other sustainable uses, helping ensure nothing goes to waste.

Wildlife activity varies by location. Deer, squirrels, and other animals may occasionally nibble on pumpkins or cornstalks since they are natural products. While we can't guarantee wildlife will stay away, most displays hold up beautifully throughout the season.

If you'd like extra peace of mind, you can choose to use natural deterrents such as cayenne pepper, coffee grounds, garlic spray, peppermint spray, or vinegar. Because every property is different, and some deterrents may not be suitable for children, pets, allergies, or certain plants, we leave those treatments to each homeowner's discretion.

Note: Avoid carving your pumpkins and reapply deterrents after heavy rain.

Yes! While fall is our signature season, we also offer beautifully styled Christmas entryways. Christmas displays will be added back to our website as the holiday season approaches. For the best selection of materials and props, we recommend reaching out as early as possible. We often order specialty items up to nine months in advance. If you're working with a shorter timeline, we'll create the best possible display using available inventory.
