Winter 2025 Rental Policy
Rental Period
Winter holiday rentals are available for a maximum period from November 10th to Feb 1, 2025, depending on availability. The rental period begins on the date of delivery and ends on the date of pickup.
Payment
A full payment is required upfront to reserve the decor. All payments are non-refundable. Changes to your order (color, bows, etc), may or may not be available depending on inventory.
Delivery and Pickup
Pickup is included in the delivery fee. The customer is responsible for providing access to the rental location and ensuring it is ready for delivery and pickup.
Damage and Loss
Any damage or loss of items during the rental period will be charged to the customer at the current replacement cost. Customers are encouraged to inspect the items upon delivery and report any issues immediately. Minor issues like a lost or scratched ornament are considered normal wear and tear. What is not considered normal wear and tear includes chunks of garland missing, paint splatters, major dents in metal, and anything that may render the combined product not easily fixed or ready for re-rental.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Customers are responsible for keeping the decor clean and in good condition during the rental period. Any excessive dirt or damage may result in additional charges. Typical dust and some dirt is considered normal.
Insurance
The company is not liable for any damage caused by natural disasters, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Modifications
Any changes to the rental agreement must be approved in writing by the company.
Recommendations
If you are renting an arch or any other large structure, we recommend you consider adding anchors or sandbags to the base of the product. If there is a major storm with wind coming, gently laying the product down and then anchoring it is also recommended. We do not do this ourselves because we cannot anticipate what will work best for each location we deliver to, nor can we monitor the weather at each location.
Total Destruction and Account Suspension
In the event of total destruction of rented items due to negligence, intentional damage, or failure to comply with the terms of this policy, the customer may be permanently barred from future rentals or services. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the customer’s account and address and prohibit further purchases or rentals as a result of such incidents.
